Hospitality does not sell a product. It sells an atmosphere people want to be inside. That makes social media the most natural channel the industry has, and the easiest one to waste. What fills tables and rooms is not a daily photo of a plate. It is a consistent visual promise of how an evening at your place feels, delivered to the right radius, backed by a booking path that takes three taps.
A restaurant with fifty thousand followers spread across Europe is worth less than one with four thousand within a thirty minute drive. Judge performance by saves, shares and profile taps from your own area, not by total reach.
For hotels the logic inverts. The audience is deliberately non local, and the job of the content is to make a destination worth travelling to, which demands production values that survive comparison with the best in the region.
Search, in both its forms. Guests still ask Google, and increasingly they ask an assistant: where to eat in Munich for an anniversary, which hotel near the Tegernsee has a spa. Those answers get assembled from your website, your Google profile, your reviews and any article that mentions you.
If your site does not answer those questions in plain language, the system recommends someone whose site does. A well kept profile, consistent details across the web and a handful of properly written answer pages decide whether you appear in that sentence at all.
Three recur. A booking link buried three clicks deep, or missing from the bio entirely. Inconsistent opening hours across the website, Google and Instagram, which erodes trust with guests and confuses AI systems at the same time. And posting in bursts: three weeks of silence followed by nine posts in a day, which teaches the algorithm and the guest the same thing.
One production session a month covering the room, the team and the season, cut into weekly posts, plus Stories from the actual week for immediacy. The produced material carries the brand. The Stories carry the proof that you are open and busy tonight.
We produce editorial photo and video for hospitality and lifestyle brands from Munich and Paris, from atmosphere films to the booking path that catches the interest. To talk through your season, book a free initial consultation.
